Telling your story

November 17, 2011

One of the things that we found so helpful when we attended the meeting of SANDS before we left London was the opportunity to share Zoe’s story, and to hear the stories of other parents who were walking a similar path to the one we were on. It’s probably the prime reason we started Born Sleeping when we returned to Cape Town. Recently we were sent the story of Caleb, who had a chromosomal abnormality and died in utero at 29 weeks.

This inspired me to create a space on this site for us (and you) to share our stories – to be a permanent record of our babies short lives and hopefully to help others who read them along their painful journey.

So here it is – send your stories to bornsleeping (at) gmail.com and we will post them for you.
